The story.
OCT started with a simple frustration: agencies that delivered decks instead of products, and freelancers who delivered products instead of outcomes. We built the agency we wanted to hire — senior people, weekly demos, and a contract where every deliverable has a number attached.
Three years later the tools changed but the rule didn't. We still take on a handful of clients per quarter, we still ship every week, and we still measure ourselves on what happens after launch.
