These terms govern your use of the OCT Technologies website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them. Project-specific terms are always set out in a signed statement of work.
01Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for commercial redistribution without written permission.
All content — copy, design, code and imagery — is the property of OCT Technologies or its licensors.
02Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all project deliverables — code, designs and documentation — are assigned to you. Our pre-existing tools and frameworks remain ours, licensed to you perpetually and royalty-free.
We're happy to be credited in your launch announcement, but it's never required.
03Proposals & estimates
Proposals are valid for 30 days. Estimates are based on stated assumptions; significant changes in scope are re-estimated transparently through the change process described in your contract.
We reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with our values or applicable law.
04Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
05Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Delhi, India.
We'll always attempt good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
