Refund Policy

We'd rather fix a problem than argue about a refund — but you deserve clear rules. Here they are, in plain language.
01Discovery engagements
Discovery fees (typically $12k–$25k) are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if no work has begun. After kickoff, they are non-refundable as the work is delivered continuously.
If we miss the agreed discovery deliverable deadline by more than two weeks through no fault of yours, the discovery fee is refunded in full.
02Fixed-scope projects
Milestone payments are refundable if the corresponding deliverable has not been delivered. Delivered milestones are non-refundable, but we will fix defects free of charge during the warranty period.
If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for completed milestones and reasonable wind-down costs.
03Retainers & dedicated teams
Retainers can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing month is non-refundable once the team has been scheduled.
Unused pre-paid hours are refunded at 100% on cancellation.
04How to request a refund
Email info@octtechnologies.com with your invoice number and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
